Using Mosaic Twist

Mosaic Twist is provided for personal entertainment use. Do not misuse the app or website, or attempt to interfere with their operation.

Apple Standard EULA

When Mosaic Twist is downloaded through Apple's App Store, your license to use the app is governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, unless a different agreement is provided through the App Store.

These Terms supplement Apple's Standard EULA and do not replace or limit its terms. If these Terms conflict with Apple's Standard EULA, Apple's Standard EULA controls with respect to your license to use the app.

Optional In-App Purchase

Mosaic Twist Pro is an optional one-time, non-consumable In-App Purchase. It is not a subscription and does not renew. The app displays the current localized price and included features before purchase.

Pro currently includes access to Past Puzzles; creation of Custom Puzzles; unlimited Hints in Campaign, Custom, and Daily Twist; unlimited Auto-Solves in Campaign and Custom; and early play through eligible campaign progression locks. Daily Auto-Solve remains unavailable. Pro does not promise access to future premium, manually granted, or separately offered content.

Apple processes purchases through the App Store. Purchases are also subject to the applicable Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Eligible purchases can be restored using Restore Purchases while signed in to the Apple Account that made the purchase. Pro may also be available through Family Sharing when Apple reports the product as eligible.

Refund requests and eligibility are handled by Apple, subject to applicable law and Apple’s policies. If Apple refunds, revokes, or otherwise stops reporting an eligible entitlement, Pro-only access may be removed. Existing locally stored puzzle progress is not erased solely because Pro access changes.

Intellectual Property

Mosaic Twist and its components, including its name, artwork, music, puzzles, website content, and app experience, are owned by the creator, licensed to the creator, or otherwise used under valid commercial rights. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from Mosaic Twist without permission, except where allowed by law.

AI-Assisted Music

Some music in Mosaic Twist was created using generative artificial intelligence and is commercially licensed for use in the app and related materials. The applicable paid-service terms grant the developer commercial-use and distribution rights, including use in video games. This disclosure does not grant you any right to extract, copy, redistribute, sell, license, or reuse the music separately from Mosaic Twist, except where allowed by law.

App Changes and Availability

Features, content, and availability may change over time. The developer may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue some or all of the app, subject to applicable law.

No Warranty

Mosaic Twist is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee that the app or website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available on every device.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mosaic Twist and its creator are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the app or website.

Changes

We may update these terms as Mosaic Twist changes. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the latest version.

Apple Trademarks

Apple, the Apple logo, and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries and regions.
